Refund Ploicy

We’ve created a flexible cancellation and refund policy in order to provide our clients with the greatest service and experience possible.

Each project is organized by setting milestones for each stage.

A comprehensive discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work document are the first steps in every project. This reduces the likelihood of project cancellations, reversals, or disagreements by ensuring that all parties are aware of the extent of the task.

No reimbursements will be given for work already done because it takes time to fulfil each milestone and finish each module.

If both parties agree to cancel a project, the client is still in control of all finished work, and any payments made for additional development are void and unenforceable. For previously made payments or deposits, there will be no reimbursements.

No cash will be refunded after the client approves mock-up designs and we start the project’s development phase.

Projects that are in the middle of a milestone phase are not eligible for partial refunds.

For services rendered by our marketing team on special occasions, cancellations won’t be accepted. These are limited-time offers that are not returnable.

Although there are no refunds for digital marketing packages, clients can cancel with a 30-day written notice.

Deposits and payments made for unfinished or projects that have lain idle for more than 30 days are not refunded by us.
